Returns & Refunds

At MANUFACTURAS CLIMA SAU, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your umbrella, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Used or damaged items not due to manufacturer defect

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Refunds may take additional time to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect item shipped

If you need to exchange an item, contact us at MireiaGispertSegura@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll guide you through the next steps.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your umbrella arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include photos of the damage and your order number

  • We will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund at no extra cost
